Requirements: * Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner
* Attentively and promptly respond to member needs
* Admit members by scanning their membership cards and appropriately respond to messages regarding their account
* Check members and clients in for nutrition, massage, acupuncture appointments, and medical appointments communicate with the respective departments effectively to ensure a great customer experience
Qualifications:
* Working toward High school diploma or GED
* Six-months customer service experience
* Six- months reception experience preferred
Licenses / Certifications / Registration:
* CPR/AED certification required within the first thirty days after hire
