Membership Advisor

Description: Sell and promote the Company memberships, programs, services, and products by motivating prospective members to begin working toward their fitness goals. Continue personalized relationships with each new and existing club member. Maintain the business plan and marketing strategies to increase membership sales as well as The Company products and services.

Requirements:
Generates sales leads through clubsponsored (walk-ins and telephone inquiries) and employee sponsored (outreach and promotions)
Maintains accurate records of all club-sponsored and employee-sponsored leads
Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems
Conduct club tours using established sales systems
Conduct telephone inquiries using established sales systems
Establishes and maintains a minimum of 20 lead boxes/bowls in the community on a monthly basis.
Must establish and maintain a minimum required referral program as defined by Company standards.
Maintain Membership Advisor planner using established sales systems
Must be current on club pricing and promotion schedule
Maintains information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff and policies 
Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to and enforces club policies and procedures as they pertain to club operations.
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing members
Build a positive relationship with members by striving to determine fitness needs
Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members
Educate members on how the Company can help them achieve a healthier way of life
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.  Prepares for, attends and actively participates in department meetings.
Maintains a positive relationship with the rest of the staff.  Supports other staff in achieving their goals
Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the Membership Director and General Manager
Prepares for, attends and actively participates in sales meetings. 
Successfully completed the Membership Advisor Training courses
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
