National Director of Corporate Sales - Dallas, TX

We are currently looking for a National Director of Corporate Sales to lead and direct all facets of the corporate sales department.  Responsible for building and managing corporate membership sales revenue through the development and growth of new corporate sales.  Will also manage the national corporate sales team.    This is an experienced position.

Major Responsibilities: 
Develop corporate membership accounts through the generation and close of new sales.
Develop leads by:
oActive prospecting through outside sales efforts, networking and client development research;
oMaintaining cold call quotas;
oMaintaining follow-up call quotas; and
oMaintaining face-to-face appointment quotas.
Increase membership sales and growth of accounts by creating, implementing and managing all corporate membership promotions with new and existing accounts.
Develop positive, active, ongoing relations and communications with corporate liaisons.
Provide guidance, training and development of corporate sales representatives.
Manage corporate sales representatives
Effectively communicate with executive leadership



Requirements: 8-10 years of sales management experience. Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
Ability to demonstrate effective communication techniques and sales strategies with each corporate customer.
Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts to groups and individuals. 
Ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources, analyze information, and recommend courses of action to be taken.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of fitness, wellness and gym operations, community relations, demonstration, organization structure, and business relations, as they relate to corporate gym memberships.
Basic computer knowledge, including all Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Candidates must be local to Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
Frequent travel required (possibly up to 50%)
