Fitness Manager:

The responsibilities of a CFS Fitness Manager are to manage and oversee the PT departments day-to-day operations.  Within this scope of responsibility, a CFS Fitness Manager needs to be able to generate and drive PT sales, manage people and systems, and be the club locations liaison for CFS Management.  Fitness Managers will be required to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and will be responsible for maintaining good relations with all levels of staff and management.  All candidates must have a nationally recognized personal training certification and or hold a two or four year degree in an industry related field from a collegiate institution.  Prior fitness sales and management experience is a plus.  A CFS Fitness Manager should expect to earn in excess of $60,000+ per year (base salary + commission +bonuses + benefits).
