Successful candidates for AGM must be able to: Recruit, train and motivate staff Meet and exceed company objectives Oversees each department and department head Set up all meetings Perform all functions of management Employee evalutions Personal production Responsible for club operations
Compensation plans are competitive and relocation allowances and bonuses are available for qualified applicants.
Requirements: Successful candidates must have at least 3 years of management experience in the fitness industry. Must be honest, hard working - 100% effort, must have a positve attitude, enthusiastic, bring energy, focused and concentrate on the plan that gets results. Finally, you must coachable.
